Dr. Kelley Ahr, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Kelley Ahr received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1998. After she completed her residency, she began working for the Police Department as the supervisor for the Domestic Violence Unit. While there, she developed and conducted training programs on topics such as trauma reactions in children, school violence, and child development. In 2000, she went into private practice by joining a well-established group of psychiatrists and psychotherapists. Dr. Ahr had a long-standing goal of developing a psychological clinic aimed at providing quality care in a caring and relaxed atmosphere, and in 2002 she made that dream come true by starting Austin Psychological and Testing Center. Today, APTC is a highly regarded agency that many professionals refer to with confidence.
Dr. Kandi Stull, Psy. D.
Provisionally Licensed Psychologist
Supervised by Dr. Kelley Ahr
Dr. Kandi Stull began at APTC as a graduate-level intern in July 2016. She completed her Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University – Commerce prior to obtaining her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University in September 2019. She currently is licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Psychologist under the supervision of Dr. Kelley Ahr. Her education and experience has primarily been focused on working with children and adolescents in the assessment and treatment of learning disorders, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as mood and anxiety-related disorders, that impact one’s social and academic functioning. She has previous involvement as a student member of both the American Counseling Association and the American Psychological Association and has participated in training workshops presented by local chapters of the Texas Association of Play Therapy which have expanded her knowledge of treatment interventions for children and their families through the use of play therapy techniques and other behavioral strategies. She resides in Leander with her husband, son, and two dogs and enjoys spending time with her family, running and hiking outdoors, boating, and watching football.

Ann Walenceus is a bachelors level psychometrician. She graduated from Oregon State University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently completing her Master of Science in Psychology at California Southern University. Her graduate level courses focus on the mind-body behavior as well as psychometric practices. Prior to coming to APTC, she worked as a therapeutic care specialist in a psychiatric hospital where she managed patient care for acute psychosis patients. This experience brought Ann to realize the importance of diagnosing through a psychometric perspective. Outside of work, Ann enjoys playing guitar, singing, and cooking.
